efore ordering, you must read, understand, and accept the following Terms and Conditions for sale of this product. By submitting an order, you acknowledge your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained herein.

As used herein, you are the "Buyer," and we are the "Seller." The "Product" and "Products" are any items purchased from the Seller by the Buyer. The term Buyer includes the original purchaser and anyone else using the Product subsequent to the Buyer's purchase.

1. RISK AND LIABILITY: Buyer assumes all risk and liability in connection with use, installation, and/or possession of the Product. It is the Buyer's responsibility to determine the suitability for intended use, to employ any and all precautions that may be necessary, and to use their own best judgment regarding how and when to use the Product. Since conditions and usage are beyond our control, Seller shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage, direct or coincidental, arising from the installation, use, or misuse of the Product, including consequential damages, inconvenience or interruption of operation. The above is made in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

In no event shall the Seller's liability exceed the purchase price paid for the Product. A refund of the purchase price or a replacement constitutes Seller's entire and exclusive liability and Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and shall be in lieu of any other remedy available under applicable law, including any action based on negligence, strict tort or product liability. Seller will in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever, and Seller's liability under no circumstances will exceed the price for the goods of which liability is claimed.

OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR BY LAW, WHETHER BY
COURSE OF DEALING OR TRADE USAGE OR OTHERWISE.

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless for any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to Buyers installation or use of the Product or injury to any third parties. Seller assumes no responsibility for invalidation of any warranties resulting from installation and/or use of the Product. All Products are installed at the Buyer's own risk. Use, possession, and installation of the Product is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

2. RETURNS: Requests to return Products for a refund of the purchase price may be made within 30 days of receipt. This excludes special orders and other items that are specifically indicated as being non-returnable. The Buyer must contact the Seller in advance before returning any item by email. Please include your original order number for reference. Returned items must be in good, resalable condition. The Buyer must pay for return shipping in the manner chosen. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Acceptance of any returns and providing any refunds are at the Seller's sole discretion.

3. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS AND/OR TECHNICAL INACCURACIES: Typographical errors or technical inaccuracies may be present within the information contained on this site, and Seller bears no responsibility for and is under no obligation to perform any actions as a result of such errors.

4. PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS AND CHANGES: Seller may make improvements and/or changes in the technical specifications, design, pricing, and promotions of Products at any time without prior or subsequent notice, obligation, or liability to the Buyer.

5. SEVERABILITY: To the extent that any term or provision or part thereof in these Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal, void or unenforceable for any reason, then such provision or part thereof shall be severable from the remaining parts of the provision or parts of the provision of these Terms and Conditions. All remaining provisions or parts of provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
